Office Safety Precautions in Effect During the Pandemic

Insightful Therapy, PLLC is taking the following precautions to protect clients and help slow the spread of

COVID-19: 

•Office seating in the waiting room is arranged for appropriate physical distancing. 

•Myself and the other therapists in the office are wearing masks and practicing physical distancing. 

•Restroom soap dispensers are maintained, contain Antibacterial soap, and everyone is washing their hands regularly. 

•Alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 90% alcohol is available in the waiting area and in my office. 

•Alcohol-based hand wipes that contain at least 90% alcohol is available in the waiting area and in my office. 

•All clients are asked to wait in their cars or outside until no earlier than 5 minutes before their appointment times.

•Door knobs, keypads, drinking fountain, handles, and all other common areas/high touch surfaces are sanitized after each use including items inside Danielle’s office (i.e., play materials, sand, other commonly touched surfaces). 

•Increasing ventilation with the window open in Danielle’s office and use of an air purifier. 

•Weekly forms have been moved to being electronically completed to minimize contact and exposure. 

•Books and tea have been removed to minimize exposure. 

•Physical contact is not permitted.

•Tissues, soap, sanitizer and trash bins are easily accessed. One is placed by the water fountain, on the kitchen counter, in the bathroom, and Danielle’s office. Trash is disposed of on a frequent basis.

•Common areas are thoroughly disinfected at the end of each day.

•Masks will be provided in the event you and/or your child does not have one. However it is encouraged that you and/or your child utilize your own mask and wear it before entering the building. If you and/or child need a mask they are located on the kitchen counter.
