Fees, payment, & Openings:

  • Fee for 50-55 minute therapy appointment is $160 for both in-person or Telehealth sessions.

  • Payment is due at time of services, unless you have chosen to enroll in automatic payments or if other arrangements have been made.

Insurance

I currently do not accept insurance, however I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. I strongly encourage you to contact your insurance provider since not all insurance comapines will reinburse for treatment with an LMFTA who is under supervision.

Some questions you can ask your insurance provider:

  1. What are my “Out-of-Network, Out-Patient, Mental Health Benefits when seeing a Licensed Mental Health Therapist Associate."
  2. Do I need a referral from my Primary Care Provider (PCP) to receive Mental Health services?
  3. Do I have a deductible, coinsurance, or copayment?
  4. Have I met my deductible this year? When does my deductible restart?
  5. Does Pre-Certification apply? (Does the insurance company have to approve the treatment prior to starting therapy?)

Cancellation policy

With a 48-hour advanced notice of cancellation, there is no cancellation fee. However, because the appointment time is saved for you, if you cancel within the 48 hour window you will be charged the full fee of $160. You can cancel your appointment via phone, text, or email. The cancellation or missed appointment fee are not applicable for true emergencies or illness.

My office is located in West Seattle and is accessible from Seattle, White center, Burien, Normandy Park, and Des Moines. The office is in a central location.

Free parking is available in front of the building or there is a paid parking lot behind the building.
