Insurance
I currently do not accept insurance, however I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Some questions you can ask your insurance provider:
- What are my “Out-of-Network, Out-Patient, Mental Health Benefits when seeing a Licensed Mental Health Therapist"
- Do I need a referral from my Primary Care Provider (PCP) to receive Mental Health services?
- Do I have a deductible, coinsurance, or copayment?
- Have I met my deductible this year? When does my deductible restart?
- Does Pre-Certification apply? (Does the insurance company have to approve the treatment prior to starting therapy?)
Cancellation policy
I have a 48-hour cancellation policy, with the exception of any emergencies. Being busy at work, forgetting about a session, and/or running late does not constitute an emergency. If you cancel your session after 48-hours, you will be charged the full fee. You can cancel your appointment via phone, text, or email. If I cancel within 48-hours and it’s not due to illness or emergency, your next session is waived/free.
