Therapy Services for Women across the Lifespan
Many of us learn early how to adapt to relationships, family expectations, cultural messages, and the roles we are asked to carry from generation to generation. Over time, it can become difficult to hear our own needs, trust our intuition, or feel connected to who we are beneath all of those threads pulling on us.
I offer a relational and accepting space to slow down and listen to what is happening within. Through IFS or parts work, somatic and attachment-based practices, intuition, imagination, and other ways of knowing, we can become curious about the patterns you carry, tend to the experiences underneath them, and deepen your relationship with yourself.
The goal isn't to become a better or more perfected version of yourself, but to build greater capacity to hear yourself, trust yourself, and move through your life from a deeper sense of connection and choice.
We make space for the different parts of you, what your body is communicating, and the patterns that once helped you survive—while cultivating greater trust in your own intuition, needs, boundaries, and inherent ways of knowing.

Make space for emotion, the body, intuition, imagination, and other ways of knowing
Explore childhood experiences, relationship patterns, identity, and the ways your past continues to shape the present
Strengthen self-trust, boundaries, choice, and your capacity to stay connected to yourself through change
Integrate Sand Tray Therapy, ritual, or earth-based practices when they support your process and align with your worldview
Empower with knowledge about how the brain and your past influence your present moment and challenges
