Online Scheduling

I am happy to announce the launch of the new Online Scheduling system. You can now request new appointments including In-person, Telehealth, and Phone Check-ins, and cancel appointments using the secure client portal.

Step-by-step Instructions

  1. Once you are logged into the client portal you will see the option to ​“Request an Appointment.” ​Once you click on one of them, you will then be asked to select a service (ex. Psychotherapy, 50-55 min, In-Person)

  2. Then you will be prompted to select a location. There is only one option to choose.

  3. Then a calendar will appear. The days that are white are days that have open options. When you click on a

    day scroll down and you will find “​Morning​, ​Afternoon,​ and ​Evening”​ Tabs. If there are open appointments

    they will be listed in blue.

  4. Once you have selected a time you will be scheduled, and will see a ​“Thank You”​ with the details of the

    appointment you selected and options to add it to your calendar and/or cancel the appointment.

  5. Then your part is complete. It will send me the information and I will confirm the appointment or decline it

FAQs

● Can I still schedule by email, phone, text, or in person?

Yes, online scheduling will be an additional option.

● Can I cancel my appointment request?

Yes, you will see the option to cancel the appointment you scheduled.

● It only lets me book appointments 2 weeks in advance but I want to have a consistent time?

Book the time you desire then contact me and I can schedule the appointment to be consistently yours (if available).

●  Can I schedule parent sessions or phone check-ins through online booking

 Yes, when you select a service choose ​‘Parent Psychotherapy without client Present, 50-55 min, [Telehealth or In-person]’ for a parent only session

Yes, when you select a service choose ‘​Telephone Call, 11-15 mins​’ or ‘​Telephone Call, 15-30 mins’ for a phone check-in.

●  How fast will the appointment be confirmed or declined?

 I will try to respond to appointment requests Monday-Saturday within 48 hours unless I am on vacation or out-of-office due to illness.

● I am not sure which service to select?

Play Therapy sessions and Individual Adult sessions are most often ​’Psychotherapy, 50-55 mins’

Tip: Remember to check if the services is ‘In-Person’ or ‘Telehealth’

● What happens if I forgot my password for the client portal?

There is an option to reset your password when you attempt to login. You can also call, text, or email me and I can reset it for you.
