Hello,
I wanted to take the opportunity to inform the community including current and potential clients on what I am doing to support physical and emotional health and wellness.
Telehealth will continue to be the primary option for continuing mental health care at Insightful Therapy. However, returning to or starting in-person care is now an option.
Due to continued uncertainty with the COVID-19 Pandemic, status of state restrictions, and the increase in COVID-19 cases, Telehealth will continue to be the primary means for care.
With that, the option for in-person care is on a case-by-case basis, with Telehealth being strongly encouraged. Please contact me to discuss returning to or starting in-person care. Current and potential clients will have to sign a supplemental Informed Consent form that specifically addresses the COVID-19 Pandemic and the decision to engage in-person services.
This process will be slow, and I will continue to monitor health and safety and adapt my practice as needed. My goal is to continue using Telehealth with limited in-person appointments to reduce overall risk.
These choices have been made to ensure safety and to follow the recommended guidelines from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, and Association for Play Therapy.
